Quaint Private Room (In Luxury Apt)

Greetings everyone! Myself and my current roommate are moving into a very nice 3 bedroom luxury apartment located in the very best place in the galleria area of Houston. It is situated right on a bus route to get to any area of town you desire, and it is right in the middle of the very nicest restaurants, bars, and shopping the city of Houston has to offer. It's also only two blocks away from the largest and most upscale mall in all of Houston, The Galleria Mall.

The room itself is only about 10 feet by 11 feet; however it is big enough to put a double size bed, a desk, and a chair. It will have it's own wardrobe, and it will be separated from the living room area by a wall with a sliding door. Please see the floor plan attached with the black circle around the room. The bathroom would be shared with the other roommate. I also have two beautiful and friendly Maine Coon cats.

We have not taken residence of the apartment just yet, but we are scheduled to move in on the 30th. So viewing will only be possible on Sept 22nd. Please see all the requirements below.

1.) Only one person to the room
2.) Rent is only $550 all bills paid
3.) Fully refundable deposit is only $300
4.) Application fee is only $85
5.) Must be willing to sign a 8 month lease. We can do a shorter length, but the rent would increase an extra $35 a month, per month that you would like to take off the 8 month lease.
6.) No more pets at this time please.
