The location is very convenient, with H-E-B, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Kroger, restaurants, shopping, and more all within a 5-minute drive. The townhome community is quiet and is primarily made up of retirees and young families. There is also a community pool and grills available for your use.

About me:
I’m a 33-year-old male and work from home full time. I’ll be living in the other bedroom and have my own bathroom. I’m easygoing, friendly, quiet, and like to keep the home clean. I enjoy exercising, playing guitar, and doing some light woodworking. I also travel several times a year for both work and leisure.

I have an elderly cat who is very friendly, so no additional cats or dogs, please.

I don’t drink or smoke. Smoking is fine outside only and drinking is fine
