Room for rent in Houston's galleria

50-year-old male massage therapist looking for roommate to replace the current tenant whos occupying the room in question. I'm having a hard time getting him to pay his fair share of the bills, so I'm looking for someone who's more responsible about paying their share of responsibilities. I have a room in a two bedroom apartment in the galleria, it is furnished with a bed but you can bring your bed as well if you prefer. I have a cat, so you must be cat friendly. There is a parking garage where residents can park for free You will be given an FOB to open the gate.
Rent will be 750. Plus 1/2 utilities (light, water, internet, trash pick up, sewer etc.) The monthly total for all these utilities usually runs about $ 275 - $300. So your expected contribution towards utilities will be around $135-$150, this bill policy is FIRM. You must be gainfully employed. Your income will be verified (I will ask to see the last two or three pay stubs). This lease still has 4 months left in it. Room might be available May 1st.... I'm renting the room on a month to month basis. Right now there's somebody occupying it, but he may be leaving at the end of April, but not guaranteed.. You can invite 1-2 guests per week during the day to visit you for a few hours. But no overnight guests. This guest policy is also FIRM.

This may sound trivial, but Im not looking for someone who uses too much electricity. Also, I'm not really looking for someone who "WORKS FROM HOME". I would really prefer someone who has an actual job like an 8-5 or 9-6 job that's going to have you leave the apartment for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. If you happen to have a job that's going to have you traveling for work, you will be at the top of my list of candidates.

The pictures of room are pictures of a model unit identical to mine. So the furniture pics you see are not the furniture in the room but it comes with bed. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room where you can cook and do your laundry. The complex also has a small fitness room and a swimming pool. For fastest reply, you can text or call me.
