I'll have 2 rooms available by July 1. The home is in a quiet and safe community. This home is a two story house which all bedrooms are upstairs. There’s available parking, free wi-Fi, shared bathroom, and are free to enjoy the house at your own comfort. All utilities are included in the rental price. We don’t mind if you smoke, which, if you do, we prefer it to be outside either in the back patio or the front.

We do credit and background checks. We require a minimum of 600 credit with no broken leases nor eviction within the past 7 years. We also require that an applicant has a clean background. No felonies or any impactful inquiries. There will be a credit and background check application and fee($50) when you apply. Reach out to me if you’re interested and would like to tour.
