Hi, my name is Norma and I am a Christian home owner in the Spring Branch area of Houston, TX. My home is approximately 3,000sf,

*** The room for rent is approx. 13ft x 15ft. The room is furnished with a king size Temper-pedic bed with upholstered headboard. It also has a night stand and a wall mounted TV.

There is a washer & dryer in the laundry room that all roommates can use. ***The deposit amount is fully refundable at the end of the lease as long as there is no damage to the room/property. The Deposit can be paid in 2-3 installments, if that helps and is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the room or other areas of the property.

I have 2 rescue dogs that are indoor/outdoor dogs. None of us in my home are "partiers" and so I'm looking for a roommate that is not into the party/bar scene. My backyard is surrounded by a wrought iron gate. This wrought iron gate has an electric gate that opens and closes with a remote (which will be issued to the roommate) that accesses the driveway which is where you will park; therefore, your automobile will have the added protection of being inside the fence.

There is storage in the garage and attic along with a 1/2 bath and a gym in the garage. There is a hot tub on the patio and it is secured by a privacy fence.
