We’re looking for a roommate & have an open room in the East Spring branch area, located close to the Maq-E center off of I-10. Property is a duplex in a prime location less than 15 mins away from downtown! There’s anything you could need all within a 10 min drive of the property.

The open room available is a 14x14 & has an ensuite bathroom. The property is basically a house, 3 rooms/3 bathrooms, has a full backyard, large dining and living room areas, fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer & a 2 car garage. There’s never been any smokers or pets, so no lingering orders. Rent is $767 p/m & with utilities split 3 ways, the monthly total is usually around the mid $800 mark.

Looking to find a roommate asap! Current tenant will be moved out by March 31st (potentially sooner if need be).
