1 Room Available For Rent

The room that’s available

Me and my current roommate are looking for a third roommate to make rent more affordable. We live in a 3 bed 2 bath house. The room in question is 12x10 ft with a good sized closet and does not have an attached bathroom, you would be sharing with another person. The bedroom does not come furnished, but the rest of the house does. The garage only fits one car, so you would park in the driveway. There is a washer and dryer in the garage as well. We would split utilities 3 ways evenly.

We resign in August so that is the deadline for needing a roommate, but the room is currently unoccupied and being used as a guest room. So if you need to move in earlier, I’m sure we could work something out with our landlord.

There are 4 animals in the house, 2 German Shepards, one small Poodle, and a fish. The dogs are all well trained and well behaved. We’re both pretty clean people and try to keep the house organized. We also have tons of plants and decorations in the common areas. Don’t live with us if you can’t stand nerds. To kick off the process of figuring out if you’re a good fit, a coffee shop meetup is the next step. Me and my current roommate are good friends, so if you want to hangout with us in the evenings and watch Lord of the Rings, that can be arranged.
