Hello. The neighborhood is very safe. My home has solar panels so that we never lose electricity and is very clean.
The kitchen has new & nice appliances with plenty of shared cookware and dishes.
It is very close to the airport, golf course, horse riding stables, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
We have a subdivision pool & tennis courts.
Main things are, pay rent on time, clean up after yourself and be polite. I have cats so no more pets are allowed. You can have your choice of a furnished or unfurnished bedroom. Please send a text message with your contact information before you call so I’ll know it it’s not a spam call. Thanks!
