Power Outage Protection: Never worry about grid failures! The home is fully outfitted with solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3. In the event of a power outage, the lights and essentials stay on as long as it is daytime or the battery has reserves.

What's yours is yours & what's mine is mine. The ONLY thing that will be considered community supplies will be kitchen & bathroom cleaning supplies. You will be expected to clean your mess & your mess only. All other tenants are responsible for their own messes.
