Welcome to Keygate Manor! We'd love to welcome you into our clean, quiet home in Spring, TX.

Your private room comes furnished, or unfurnished if you'd rather bring your own things. Rent is $750 a month and includes all utilities, super-fast 1 Gig fiber internet, and laundry right here at home. Please make yourself comfortable in the kitchen and shared living areas too. The bathroom is shared.

We're just minutes from I-45 and the Grand Parkway (99), with H-E-B, Walmart, restaurants, and Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) all close by. There are parks, walking trails, and a neighborhood pool to enjoy as well.

A sweet, friendly dog lives here with us, so we're not able to welcome any other pets. The room is for one person (no couples), and ours is a no-smoking home. A background and income check may be part of the process.
