Private room and bathroom in Spring!

Looking for two responsible, clean, and respectful roommates to share our spacious home in Spring! You’ll have your own private room/bathroom and share common areas (kitchen, living room, laundry, etc.) with us. We’re a bilingual (English/Spanish) household with three friendly dogs (two small dogs and one large dog), so being comfortable with dogs is a must. No additional pets allowed.

The house has plenty of space, a fenced yard, washer/dryer, smart home features, and is in a quiet, safe area with easy access to parks, groceries, and major roads. Each room has it's own closet, and you will have to furnish the space.

We’re only considering individual renters—no couples. A background check and proof of income are required. If things look good, we can schedule a tour of the house!

We own the home and live there, so there will be 4 people in the house total! We both work but I work from home most of the time. I love to cook, do art, and spend time outside. If you’re considerate, easygoing, and looking for a peaceful, shared living space—reach out for more info! :)
