Room Viewing & Application Process

Thank you for your interest in our room rentals. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Initial Inquiry
To get started, please text with the following details:
• Your full name
• The platform where you saw the listing (e. g. Facebook, Craigslist, etc.)
• The rental price stated in the post you saw (since we have multiple rooms with different prices)
• Your preferred date and time to schedule a viewing

Step 2: On-Site Application
When you arrive for the viewing, you’ll be asked to complete a brief application form with basic information such as:
• Full name, age, nationality, and current occupation
• The date of your visit
• The room(s) you’re interested in (Room 1, 2, or 3)

Step 3: Property Tour
After submitting the form, a team member will guide you through the house and show you the available room(s).
We’ll also provide details about the shared spaces, house rules, and answer any questions you may have.

Step 4: Decision Process
After the tour, feel free to take your time to consider. There’s absolutely no pressure — we want you to feel confident in your decision.
If you decide to move forward, the next step is:
• Placing a security deposit
• Providing a valid photo ID for our records
• Receiving a deposit receipt
• Undergoing a background check, which usually takes 1–2 business days

A non-refundable fee of $15 will be deducted from your deposit to cover the screening. If your application is declined, the remaining amount will be fully refunded. If approved, your deposit will be applied toward your lease.

Step 5: Move-In & Lease Signing
Once your background check is cleared and your deposit is confirmed, we’ll prepare your lease agreement in advance.
On your move-in day, you will:
• Review and sign the lease
• Pay your first month’s rent (or prorated amount, if applicable)
• Receive access to the room and move in immediately
