Hi! I’m renting out a furnished spare bedroom in my 3-bedroom home. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 7 years and have had little to no issues with safety—it’s a quiet and comfortable area. The home is conveniently located near Bush Airport, right on the edge of Spring and Humble.
The room is spacious and includes a walk-in closet, a queen-size bed, a nightstand, and a TV stand. The bathroom is shared, but currently would only be used by you unless I decide to rent out the second spare room in the future.
This will be a month-to-month lease. I value a quiet, clean, and peaceful home environment, so I’m looking for someone who shares those same qualities and respects the space.
