I just moved in to a big house...i am looking for a couple of MATURE housemates to share the space. The house is located at the Spring, TX 77379. East of 249 Fwy, off Louetta Rd. 2.3 miles to 249 Fwy/HEB/The Vintage Park, 1mile to the Wholefoods market, Aldi and lots of shops/restaurants on Luetta Rd. Very safe neighborhood you can take walks in the community after dark. 2 mins walk to the big community pool/park.


$630 monthly rent for a room with a shared bathroom(dual-sink so you get your own sink).

Will need you to provide income/employment/background information. Renter's insurance is required.

Utilities(water, gas and electricity) are shared between housemates. You have access to the kitchen, living room, as well as the big backyard/patio (you can do gardening if you like:).

I am a mature female professional, quiet, keep it to myself mostly. I am considerate of others. I am looking for someone who is mature, considerate of others, and of course pay rent on time.

This is smoking free, drug free, drama free, heavy perfumes/chemical free house. If this sounds good to you, I'd like to hear from you.
