$400/Month. Immediate Move In.

We have a room for rent in Sandpiper Village. It’s in a 3 bedroom/two bath house. We are looking preferably for a FEMALE between 22 and 35 years old. We like to laugh, have fun, and watch movies! We are super laid back, and the only thing we ask is for you to pitch in with household cleaning and chores.

When I say "we" I am referring to Mom and I. My Mom is disabled and lives with me so I can take care of her. She is 67, and is a fun, funny, laid back person. You will absolutely love her.

-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING WILL BE ALLOWED ON PREMESIS
-Rent is $400 a month, which includes utilities and internet/WiFi. FIRST MONTH RENT WILL BE DUE UPON SIGNING LEASE, it will be due the last week of every month afterwards.
-The shared bathroom will be the master bathroom. I do not expect you to share the tiny guest bathroom, but you will have access to it at night and whenever you need it. However, for getting ready in the morning, taking showers, etc...you will have access to the large master bath.
-YOU HAVE COMPLETE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOUSE.
-We are willing to combine grocery bills, and order all groceries at the same time.
-MUST LOVE DOGS AND CATS, WE HAVE THREE SMALL DOGS AND 3 CATS. Unfortunately, we cannot allow anymore pets.
-Room is furnished with a full sized bed and a dresser.
-You will have absolute free reign to decorate the way you want it
-I will have a lease drawn up. BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE RUN
