About the room for rent:
-$750 per month (utilities [water/gas/electricity] are separate, charged depending on usage)
-refundable deposit: $400
-minimum 2-month lease
-11' x 10'
-walk in closet ~4' x 4.5'
-ceiling fan with light
-will come unfurnished (furniture in photos will be removed, but arrangements can be made)
-bathroom access directly across the room

Amenities included in rent price:
-washer and dryer
-parking (in driveway or street)
-kitchen access (microwave, refrigerator, etc.)
-access to common areas (living room, dining room, garage)

About you:
-clean, neat, and responsible
-pay rent on time
-no smoking or drugs
-no drinking
-no pets
-no overnight guests

Looking for someone who is very clean and knows how to keep their area along with the common area very clean. The tenant must have a job and be ready to pay their rent on the first day of every month. There will be a background check before renting.

I’m a laid-back working professional in my early 30's. As long as you’re quiet, respectful, and pay on time, all is good. Communicate any issues that may arise.
