My husband and I are working professionals looking for 2-3 housemates for our 4 bedroom house in old Pearland. We travel year round for several months at a time, so you won't even notice we're there.

Master bedroom with private bathroom
- 14' x 14' room, 6' x 6' walk in closet
- Huge corner shower in private bath
- Unfurnished, but we will help you shop or move in if you'd like!
- Open to couples and solo occupants (LGBT friendly!)

1 bedroom with shared bathroom
- 14.5' x 10' room, 5.5' x 3.5' closet
- this is the 2nd largest room in the house
- Mostly furnished with bed frame, available desk and chair (ideal for students and remote workers!)
- Bring your own mattress because everyone is different, but we'll help you move it.
- Bathroom is shared with us, so you basically get it to yourself year round when we travel.

Common areas are completely open to all housemates! Fully equipped kitchen with high quality cookware for use. Beautifully furnished living and dining area. Backyard and garage also available (we only have 1 car). Smoking allowed in backyard only please, friendly.

Broadband 1 GIG internet included in price.
Trash service included, but other utilities will be split between occupants.
