4 bed 2 bath, 3 spare rooms for rent

House is in quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. I am the current owner and resident in the main bedroom of the house. I am in law school, and the hours of my day are spent being in school, studying outside of school, spending time with my boyfriend, and spending time with friends. It would be great to have some roommates who are also students because I feel like our schedules and mindsets will be about the same, but I'm open to any type of person who can respect my schedule.

I have a large, female, German shepherd dog who will stay in my room while I'm gone, but when I am home, she will be allowed in the rest of the house (obviously minus the spare bedrooms). She is incredibly sweet. She is a big people person, so she will want to be your best friend. However, she is not good with other animals so unfortunately any pets of your own will not be welcome here. A big purpose of getting this house was for her to finally have a backyard and freedom, and I have no interest in locking her up because of other's pets. So if you have pets of your own, then this will likely not be the house for you.

My boyfriend is over quite frequently since he lives nearby. However, he understands that I need to have roommates here for financial reasons, so he will be very respectful of your own space.

I play soccer on the weekends with a coed team, but other than hanging out with friends, I am a pretty chill person who just likes to play video games and watch movies/tv shows in my spare time.
