JAG Legacy House I and II

We have a fully furnished room in a fully furnished home, complete with wifi, washer, dryer, a flat screen smart television and privacy.

We have recently completed updates at JAG Legacy House II. Currently I do not have photos you are welcome to take a tour reach out to me at (ate three to) two too one - thirty for four

Both homes are located in a quiet neighborhood close to Beltway 8 and I-45 South in the 77089 zip code near Beltway 8 and IH 45 South about 12 miles from downtown Houston. We do perform reference, credit and background checks.
The front door and each room has keyless entry. The shared space would be the living room, kitchen, back yard and bathroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. Right now you could choose a queen bedroom with a shared bath or a queen bed in the master bedroom with a private bath.

All utilities - wifi, water, light and smart television, washer and dryer are included.

Daily, weekly or monthly terms can be negotiated beginning at $30 per day depending on your short and long term goals.

There is no lease or obligation to stay beyond the date you pay for.
