The room is a spacious 12' x 11' bedroom with a shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and shared living space. In unit washer and dryer, plus a paved driveway for parking.
You'll be living with two females, working professionals who are quiet, respectful, and clean, along with a resident cat, who is friendly, sweet, and low maintenance.
Looking for a female roommate, no pets please, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces preferred. 12 month lease.
Rent is $750 per month with utilities included. $400 refundable deposit and a $125 move out cleaning fee, both due at lease signing. Move in date is August 1st, 2026.
