Yes the rent is a little higher but you get so much more this is a fun house not a boring neighborhood House. We catch fish large Blue Crabs shrimp bait right off the dock. We have two burn pits plus the chiminea with free wood. We have an outside kitchen outside gym to name a few. We do have membership for two pools and tennis courts and pickleball two blocks away..
We love pets but it's hard to have two pets per room would be like a zoo we like to limit it and along with a person or a pet it's an extra $500 per room per month. No one likes to smell kitty litter or step in pool.
We do background checks on everyone. No squatter rights at this property. You pay as you go.. We have a short-term rental permit to the city. that means we have annual inspections We have all the safety and fire Equipment monitors ladders. There is no elevator to the living quarter 21 steps with one crossover to the second floor
