Master bedroom on the top floor of a three-story townhome in Castle Court, right in the middle of Montrose. Private ensuite bathroom with a separate glass shower and double vanity, plus a walk-in closet and a dedicated spot in the attached garage. The room fits a queen and a full desk setup with room to spare.

The house is 2,392 sq ft, built in 2006 — granite counters, gas range, gas fireplace, central A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, two balconies and a patio. The second floor is open-concept kitchen, living, and dining. All the common areas are fully furnished — living room, dining, and kitchen — so there's nothing to buy or coordinate on that front. The bedroom itself can come either way. If you'd like the room turnkey you're welcome to buy the bed, dresser, desk, and nightstand from me. Otherwise I'll clear it out completely and you bring your own.

To be clear about the setup: I'm the one leaving. I'm a law student transferring, and I signed a twelve-month lease before the transfer came through. You'd be living with my two roommates, not me — a rising 2L at UH Law and a rising third-year at McGovern Medical School. Both are deep in demanding programs, so the house is quiet and the common areas stay clean. Three bedrooms, three people.

H-E-B Montrose Market is half a mile away, and METRO Route 56 stops right on Richmond. Roughly ten minutes to the Texas Medical Center and to downtown, fifteen to Rice, twenty to UH by bus.
