Private Furnished Room in Montrose Townhouse

Hey all!

We are looking for a third roommate to take over a room in a fully furnished townhome in Montrose/Midtown.

About the roomies - the fulltime roommate is a 27y male who works as an accountant (a few days a week from home in his bedroom).

I own the townhouse and am a 36y male, work as an ICU doc at Texas Children's, but really spent most of my time in Minneapolis with my wife. I'm only really in town 7-10 days a month and work ~75 hours when in town so really won't be in your hair much at all!

We're both very respectful, clean, and easy going. We're social and like going out for dinner/drinks from time to time. We keep the house pretty clean (but aren't neat freaks). Mainly looking for a roommate who's chill and easy to get along with, and if they like to hang out from time to time that'd be great!

Available for short term but preference would be for a longer (12 mo) lease. Move-in somewhat flexible but should be available mid-March.

Additional details -
-Private neighborhood with gate, located right near cross streets of Bomar St/Stanford St
-Room - 15x13, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub, private access to back porch/yard - furnished with a queen bed, desk, and entertainment center / TV. Sorry, don't have current pics! The ones listed are before move-in to give a sense of the size of the room!
