No dishes left in the sink overnight
Wipe down countertops, stovetop, microwave, table, and all work surfaces after each use
Empty the kitchen trash when full
Leave all common areas as clean as you found them
Shared household supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags are split evenly or purchased on a rotating basis

Because all residents maintain professional work schedules, guests should remain within the tenant’s private bedroom area whenever possible to minimize disruption and maintain everyone’s privacy.
