Lovely 3 story 3BR/3.5BTH townhome in desirable Rice Military, fenced in backyard, 2 car garage, super safe upscale area, friendly walking neighborhood, between Memorial and Washington, walk everywhere, walk right to buffalo bayou or memorial park, it’s an active persons dream location. Very close to Heights, Downtown, Med center super fast to jump on 45/10, etc. Lots of restaurants and bars you can walk to, but removed from the roads/noise.
Roommate (me, female) full time healthcare professional, only looking for one (female) roommate but would allow two if right fit. Bedrooms are upstairs and bottom floor, each has own bathroom. It’s a 2 car garage but lots of street parking. Not looking for wild parties, or lots of guests, best fit is another working/school professional that’s laid back and just needs a cool roommate to share a place with! I am an equestrian, runner, love books, being outdoors, going out to eat with my bf and friends, going to concerts and watching TV when I’m not working.
