Current rent is $1925 a month.

Monthly electricity between 40-90$ a month using BKV Energy. In the last 3 years, we never lost power, the building has generators.

200$ deposit is already paid so you don’t need to worry about that.

The building has amazing amenities, garage parking one spot included, rooftop swimming pool, barbeque, concierge, gym, courtyard, monthly events (karaoke is my favorite) and more. The mall is a 2 min walk, no car needed.

Apartment has a walk-in closet, massive bathroom with two sinks and an italian shower. Big open kitchen.
