Summer Sublease in 2B1B apartment for female

Room to sublease

Hello!
I am looking for a female apartment mate to sublease a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (zip code 77004) for 1.5 months (15th June to 30th July). Dates can be flexible. The apartment is currently occupied by my apartment mate, but I will be moving out. You will have a private room and shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with my current apartment mate. The rent is only $500/month, which includes all utilities except electricity and internet. The current lease will expire on July 30th, 2024. You may extend the lease if you want.

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
• Laundry facility is on-site ($1.5).
• The room will be furnished with bed matress, bed frame, table and chair.
• You will be required to sign sublease documents with my landlord.

The apartment is in a gated community and is very safe. It's only a 5-minute bicycle ride to the main campus of the University of Houston and HEB, so it's very convenient. I have lived here for 19 months and have no regrets.
