Rental $$:

$50 of the $850 will be used as part of the maid service that comes once each month. Each roommate puts in $50 for the cleaner. The cleaner is mandatory and keeps the house very nice for everyone! It truly makes for a safe and clean space.

Must show proof of renters insurance for each month ($5 to $10) and all utilities included (hoa fees, cleaner 1x a month, internet, water, ac/heat, trash, Pest Control every 3 months)

Brand new HVAC system (zoning by floor), brand new refrigerator with beverage center and brand new smart washer/dryer.

A 3 story separated townhouse in Lazybrook right near the Heights. The area is up and coming, but the community is still very quiet and peaceful. You may bike to anywhere and walk to most places.

Walk to Prime 131 (A high end restaurant), Slowpokes Coffee Shop & Eatery, Cactus Cove Bar & Grill, the Drip Bar for hydration, and even diff. gyms Seven Faucet and Crossfit.

Memorial Park is 5 minutes away and White Oak is closer. 11th street connects into the heart of the Heights and there are many parks and trails. You can find me walking around the fancy neighborhood near us, Lorraine Cherry Nature Preserve right down the street or even Heights Boulevard path. I drive to Memorial Park at least a couple times a week and it is within 5 minutes if that.

About the roomies:

I would be your landlord/roommate and I have a small dog that usually stays in my room and does not linger too much. I am an adjunct professor/educator who enjoys nature, outside, chill time and adventures. I am looking for someone who is independent and clean, but also social and friendly. I love being outside and ride my bike many places, including the grocery market.

The other roommate is living on the 1st floor and keeps to herself mainly. She is a very kind, professional and clean.
