Full-size private bathroom

Ceiling fan (note: the room runs slightly warmer than other areas)

Shared areas: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, guest half-bath, laundry, and living room on the 2nd floor

Garage includes gym equipment for your use

About Us:

I work remotely 9–5, so a roommate who works outside the home is preferred to maintain a quiet workspace

I have an 11-year-old daughter (very calm and respectful) and share custody with her dad who picks her up during the week

We have one very sweet, well-trained 7 y. o. German Shepherd who loves fetch and sleeps most of the day (no additional pets per lease)

Cleanliness is a priority: I vacuum daily and hire cleaners for deep cleans
