FURNISHED BEDROOM FOR RENT

The room for rent is in the third floor, furnished, with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Utilities, wifi and cleaning lady (once a month) are additional. I love animals but no pets allowed. This is a single room occupancy. No couples please. Since I work from home, I would prefer someone that does not work remotely.

This home is in a gated community (scroll down for more details of home). The third bedroom pictures are current however the pictures from the living area are from a model home. Hopefully it gives you a good idea of the layout and style.

I currently have a male roommate that lives in the first floor.

WHAT IM LOOKING FOR

An organized, clean, respectful, full-time professional, with a regular work schedule, non-smoker, drug-free. Someone who likes to keep it low key (not a party house).
