Renting out House Room

This room sits in a nice neighborhood that is just 12 minutes south of WestLake Marketplace. Also 2 minutes away from Walgreens, a gas station, and some fast food! The room itself is an 11ft by 11ft room and will be furnished with a queen bed, and a bedside table. Room is with a shared bathroom(only one other resident uses it for now), and laundry room, living room, backyard, and kitchen are free for use! There is a communal fridge where food is shared, of course any personal food can be labeled so others won’t touch it. There is wifi available too :) As for utilities, the water, gas, and electricity will be added up amongst the residents and divided equally. Smokers are allowed, but no smoking in room, please do so in the backyard patio.

I know the room’s photos look a bit scary, but my brother is in the process of moving out, it will be cleaned, and repainted once he and his things are out and photos will be updated!

$25 one times non refundable for background check (I know it says deposit but it just for background fee, no actual deposit is needed).
