Beautiful Townhome in Gated Community

I’m an empty nester living in a 2 story brick townhome in Spring that is a small quiet, gated community with a pool. There is no one behind my townhome and I’ve worked hard to create a gorgeous back patio area with a grill. You will have the downstairs bedroom and bath w/ shower and tub, access to the pool, and subdivision gym.

I’m looking for someone who is gainfully employed, no pets, likes cats, is quiet, professional, and responsible. No additional pets, no sleepovers unless it’s a relative and then we will discuss, no smoking or drugs of any kind.

Prefer female who is clean and educated. Parking will be in the driveway. Rent is due on the last day of the month.
