Single rooms OR Double Room with Separate Bathroom

In search of multiple roomates for a house. Each roomate will have one rooms to themselves and a shared bathroom in the upstairs of the home. There is room for negotiation however, if you want to pay $1400 for two rooms and your own bathroom for example. I'm Sydney and I will be living in the downstairs area, I will have two dogs kept downstairs by a gate so they will not be able to go to the upstairs at all. The kitchen area will be blocked off from the dogs as well so usage of that will not be disturbed. The property has a pool and hot tub accessible. There is street parking available 24/7 and pending communication driveway parking may be available as well. The garage will have a gym set up with squat rack and also pending communication will be available for use too.
