Dear Prospective Tenant,

I am writing to share details regarding two spare rooms available for rent in my 2,500 sq. ft. home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the property offers excellent access to Champions Forest Drive, Louetta Road, Spring Cypress Road, and Highway 249, with quick connections to BW8 and HW99. This is an ideal location for students at Lone Star College or professionals commuting to downtown, The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, and the NW Houston corridor.

The monthly rate is currently discounted to $699 for June, July, and August. This reduced rate is offered as I will be undergoing a partial knee replacement in mid-July and may require minor assistance for one to eight weeks following the procedure. We can discuss adjusting the monthly rate once I have fully recovered.

The home features a large second-floor sunroom and a spacious first-floor living room, both equipped with large-screen TVs. I am also happy to set up a television in your bedroom upon request. Residents have access to a large yard and neighborhood amenities at the HOA center, including a new pool, workout facility, and recreational area.

For your security and convenience, the house is equipped with a comprehensive Smart Home Automation system, including automated locks, cameras, climate control, and lighting. All devices can be controlled manually, via smartphone, or through the home's Alexa communication hubs.

Please note that I have a well-trained white Labrador service dog. If you have a dog, I am open to considering it subject to additional criteria and terms.
