All utilities are included, plus fast wifi. Most tenants extend their leases! All sorts of amenities are within minutes, such as a large park, stores, restaurants, and churches. Major employers are within easy commuting distance as well, such as IAH Airport, ExxonMobil, and the medical center downtown.
