Master bedroom with en suite with a 65inch tv, dresser, nightstand as well as a 85 inch tv in the shared living space. Netflix, prime, peacock streaming and others.

Very clean, quiet and minimalist home and prefer a housemate with the same characteristics. Only need to bring personal items. Shared space includes living room and kitchen/dining area. If you just need a safe, quiet, well-maintained place to sleep or a traveler as IAH is l5 minutes away or someone on a temporary job assignment, this home is perfect. HCA Hospital Kingwood is within 10 minutes for those medical students/traveling personnel. Towels and linen included. Will need to supply own toiletries. Washer and dryer also available. Once a month cleaning service for bathrooms included.
