Looking for Future Roommate

Current roommates are moving out soon. I can’t take pics of the room because they are still living there. Apartments are called Discovery at Kingwood so please feel free to look at pics online. Luxury apartments are 2bd/2ba and master bedroom/ master closet/ private bath is available. Shared living room, kitchen and laundry room. Apartment includes washer and dryer. Bills are included in $1000 rent. Room is unfurnished. Luxury and fully equipped gym, playground, rec room are included by apartments as well. Pictures include layout. All around carpet in apartment besides wet areas (bathrooms and kitchen). Available to single moms, couples, students, or just regular people with jobs but consistent income is a must. I’m a single mom myself living on my own so female is preferred, but since I am very understanding, depending on situation a male can be considered. Background check, proof of income and ID are required to be shown to me before move in.
