Each rental includes TWO private rooms for one person — a furnished bedroom plus a separate private bonus room that can be used as a home office, study, reading room or personal space.

I’m offering two of these bedroom + bonus-room arrangements in a spacious, clean 5-bedroom home in Katy. I’m looking for two responsible, respectful professionals, so the home will remain a quiet, low-occupancy household rather than a crowded shared house.

The home has a large furnished living room, full kitchen, dining and breakfast areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large fenced backyard and covered patio/pergola. Parking is available.

The two renters share a full upstairs bathroom with a double vanity. There is also a separate half bathroom downstairs.

Rent: $1,200/month per person
Security deposit: $1,000
Minimum stay: 6 months
Wi-Fi included; other utilities shared.

The bedroom is furnished, while the additional private room gives you flexibility to create your own office, study or relaxation space.
