Let’s Be Roomies

I am looking for roomies to room with in my home that is available for move in starting September 1st. The home is located in Elyson, a master planned community just off 529 and 99 in Katy. The room will come unfurnished and share a full bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths upstairs. All utilities will be included with the rest including Internet WIFI, Electricity, Water, Gas, Lawn Service. A criminal background check is required for my safety as well as any future roomies.

work Monday thru Friday mostly until around 5pm and prefer roomies with a similar schedule. No work from home type roomies and def not App Contract workers. Please have a legit full-time job with daytime hours. I work a lot so it’s important for me to have roomies who wake early for work and sleep or wind down by 10/11pm at night. I am pretty lowkey. I keep my place clean all the way around with no dishes in the sink, clothes or shoes laying around, and everything smelling fresh. This has been an on-going issue with current roommates following this. I myself, do not smoke but I am a social drinker (maybe 1 time a month). I love the outdoors and to travel!
