Has a refrigerator designated for roommates; Quiet, clean, and comfortable living environment.

Month-to-month lease with a written rental agreement. The lease automatically renews each month unless proper written notice is provided by either the landlord or tenant according to the lease terms.

House requirements: No smoking inside the home, no alcoholics, no illegal drugs, no prior eviction and no pets.
Background check and proof of income/funds are required. Rental history/reference verification may be required.
