Great access. The house is near I-10 and and Hwy 99. There are major shopping centers, gas stations, and big retailers (Walmart, Home Depot, Kroger, etc.) in the surrounding area. Also near Katy Asia Town.

You can use the living room, kitchen, washer and dryer and will share a restroom.
Long term lease is preferred (at least 6 months), but flexibility is possible.
