Private furnished room available for rent for one person. We have removed the carpet and installed new laminate flooring in the room. There's a Walmart walking distance away and other shops and restaurants are nearby as well . All major freeways (I-10, 99, Hwy 6) are easily accessible.

All utilities (and internet) are included. The house is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. You can use the living room, kitchen, all appliances along with the washer and dryer.

Background check and Proof of income is required. Not pets and overnight guests. Looking for a minimum 6 month lease.
