I have 3 rooms but only renting 2 out. One has double queen and one is adjustable. This is an extra large room with a mini-fridge. One room is a queen adjustable with dresser and walk-in closet and the other room full-size with dresser and standing clothes rack. The rooms are on a second story in a quiet cul-de-sac. The bedrooms have a coded door lock. Rooms are furnished with a shared bath and half bath, kitchen, laundry room, common dining and living room, patio, including use of grill, cable TV and Wi-Fi. in room and common living room, shred refrigerator and freezer with just one other room. Personal pantry draw. Sorry I cannot accommodate pets. Priced for one person a second person is 200 more but no charge for parent who has a child on weekend. Street parking with respect for neighbors. Walking distant to more than one grocery store as well as restaurants, pharmacy and most other needs. Public transportation is 3 miles away.
