My house is cozy, very quiet, clean, and it’s located in a good area. My home is so quiet, it’s as if nobody is home. The room does have a queen size bed, a closet, and a smart TV. You’ll have a private bathroom. The room is only for one person. Sorry but no pets or kids are allowed.

I live alone. I’m very clean, organized, quiet, respectful, no drama, and easy to get along with. I’m looking to find a tenant with similar qualities, such as being clean, responsible, and respectful. For the last few years I've been hosting on Airbnb, which I'm a super host, meaning all of my guests have left me a 5 star review, but I'd like to find a long term tenant.
