My house is cozy, quiet, clean, & it's located in a safe area. I have fast Xfinity WiFi. The room does have a full size mattress, a small dresser, a closet, and a smart TV. My home is so quiet, it's as if nobody is home. You'll have a private bathroom. The room is just for one guest. Sorry, but no pets or kids are allowed. It's just me who lives in the house.

I’m very clean, organized, quiet, respectful, no drama, and easy to get along with. I’m looking to find a tenant with similar qualities, such as being clean, responsible, and respectful. For the last few years I've been hosting on Airbnb, which I'm a super host, meaning all of my guests have left me a 5 star review, but I'd like to find a long term tenant.
