Utilities (water, gas, power) along with WiFi are included The room has a ceiling fan and furniture already (see pictures) Room door has an electronic lock on there and you will have a code for entry There’s a handyman on call for any issues The house is cleaned every 2 weeks by a professional cleaning lady You have access to the common areas like the living room and kitchen There’s a washer & dryer on the property as well

Background check is required I would like at least a 6 month lease, but can discuss something shorter Pay stubs or other proof of salary and job will be needed No pets are allowed Your guests aren’t allowed to spend the night, although they may visit during the day.
