Hi y'all! I'm looking for one guy to rent a moderately sized bedroom (unfurnished)(11 x 11 approx) that shares a bathroom. There are three roommates currently in the house.
The house is located in a quality neighborhood, however the street does see a decent amount of traffic. The house has been renovated recently (2019). Street/driveway parking is available with these rooms. The property has a solid location with shopping close and access to I-10, 99, and 290. Would prefer a good guy who is respectful, manages themselves well and is clean. We would ask for a clean background check, proof of employment and lease.
