3 rooms available upstairs in the house for rent

There are 3 rooms upstairs in the house and two full baths. It’s a shared bathroom with another roommate. The rooms will be unfurnished but if you want it furnished, the rent will be 850$ (All utilities included). Upstairs there is nice living area and balcony to enjoy the outside view and relax. Fantastic place for rent, ideally located with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants and everything you need just right outside the community entrance. Katy Mall is about 8-10 mins away. There is a kids park and pool right there in a walking distance from the house, barely a 1-2 mins.

About the Roomies:

There are two other roomies living, they are student and professional guys. They keep it to themselves and very respectful of other spaces. We want a quite and professional environment for everyone as we all work and everyone must respect each other’s space. No visitors are allowed at no times as there will be total of 3 roomies upstairs in the house. It’s a two story house so upstairs will be used by roomies and all the necessary stuff (fridge and microwave) will be placed upstairs for everyone’s use so you won’t be using the downstairs space or kitchen. You will have access to the laundry and each roomie will have a dedicated day to do their laundry as scheduled. No pets are allowed.
