The home is clean and well-maintained, and located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood. I am considerate, easygoing, and respectful of others privacy and personal space and looking for someone with similar qualities. I'm looking for someone who is financially responsible, clean, and considerate. I am open to someone who works full-time, works remotely, is a student or is otherwise responsible and able to meet the terms of the rental agreement.
