Unfurnished Upstairs Bed + Bath Available

It’s a fairly small 2 story house on a cul de sac with a wrap around backyard. The spare room is upstairs and has its own bathroom. I live in the home with my 2 year old daughter and I work full time during the week. The common areas are kept mostly clean but could use some improvement in regard to organization. Wash and dryer located in garage. Bbq grill in back yard, plenty of kitchenware that I don’t mind sharing. I would consider having 1 dog, as long as I don’t end up being the one taking care of it and it must know how to use a doggie door. Also owner must scoop the poop at least once a week.
