FEMALES PREFERRED PLEASE! Large upstairs bedroom available for rent in home quiet neighborhood just south of Spring in FM 1960 I-45 area- This room is unfurnished, but we have a bed you can use. Bathroom shared with one other tenant.

Nonsmokers preferred. Smokers must smoke outside. Rent includes all utilities paid (electricity, natural gas, water, high speed internet, and trash pickup) with certain guidelines for setting thermostat in summer. All tenants have use of common areas–living room , kitchen/dining room, laundry room, patio, back yard.

Housemates are either college students or professionals or both. All low drama.

One cat is allowed maybe 2 if kept in room. Small caged animals such as gerbils, hamsters also OK, but no dogs please unless small enough to mostly keep in your room.

Must provide references and $250 security deposit (with pet $300). Location just south of Spring near I-45 and FM 1960. About 4 miles from Lone Star College North Harris and 1.5 miles from LSC health professions campus and Northwest Medical Center.

No car? No problem. Shopping and bus stop less than a mile. Several Uber/Lyft drivers in the neighborhood. Great for college students, working professional or retirees.
